$250 Cleaning Bundle – Terms and Conditions
Offer Includes:
Exterior gutter, siding, and window cleaning for a flat rate of $250.

Eligibility:

Property must be located within Columbus, Ohio city limits.

Home must be no more than two (2) stories and 2,500 square feet or less.

Customer must be the legal owner or current occupant with permission to authorize services.

Offer valid for residential properties only.

Service Limitations:

Excessively dirty, damaged, or inaccessible areas may be excluded or subject to additional charges, with customer consent.

Service does not include repairs, interior window cleaning, or gutter guards removal/installation.

Access to exterior water and electricity may be required.

Scheduling & Cancellation:

Appointment must be scheduled within promotional period.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Liability Waiver:

By accepting this service, customer agrees to release and hold harmless Phillips Improvements and its employees from any liability for damage to property not caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Homeowner assumes all responsibility for securing fragile items, pets, or obstructions near the work area.

Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage due to improper installation or maintenance of surfaces being cleaned.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if terms are not met.
